Kodak IMAGELINK Scanner 900 is a high-speed (120 documents per minute),high-resolution (up to 400 dpi) rotary scanner designed for medium-to-high volume digital capture of business documents. IMAGELINK Scanner 900captures printed characters, handwritten text, and graphics fromdocuments of various sizes from 2.5 to 20 inches long, and 2.5 to 12inches wide, and thicknesses up to .014 inches.The scanned images are then transmitted to a host computer along with anImage Header, which allows for easy indexing, database storage, andretrieval. Kodak provides a number of accessories for the IMAGELINKScanner 900 to customize scanner applications. A variety of devicedrivers and a developers toolkit are available, along with a Sun-basedcapture subsystem.
